Ricardo A. Robbibaro, age 63 of Penn Township passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018.  He was born February 3, 1955 in the North Hills, son of Jean Abbott Robbibaro of the North Hills and the late Rudolpho Robbibaro.  He was the youngest Command Sgt. Major in the U.S. Army at the time and had thirty years of service.  He was a retired Assistant County Manager for PennDOT and also retired from Alorca in West Mifflin.  Ricardo was a member of the Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Robbibaro.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kathleen McCarthy Robbibaro; a sister, Maria (Ron) Jarvis of the North Hills; two sisters-in law, Linda Robbibaro and Lynda (Albert) Kianese; two brothers-in-law, Joe (Joann) McCarthy and Richard McCarthy and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville.  Additional visitation 9 to 9:45 a.m.  Wednesday in the Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville with a funeral mass at 10 a.m.  Everyone please meet at the church.  Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles with full military honors accorded by the U.S. Army.     www.hartfuneralhomeinc.com
