Carmen Dante Santillo ,86, of Murrysville passed away Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 at his home. He was born August 1st, 1937, in Pittsburgh, son of the late George and Clara Santillo. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Lois (Nussbaumer) Santillo.
Carmen should be remembered in life as a very hard dedicated worker. He was in sales and had the privilege to work for Thermal Industries, and Winchester Industries for most of his career. He was a wonderful Father and Grandfather. He also taught his children to work hard and he and Lois helped them throughout their entire lives. Although he and Lois left their family with so many good memories, they will be missed everyday by their children, grandchild and friends.
Carmen is survived by his beloved granddaughter Nicole, his three children Debbie (Bernie) Berry, Don (Colleen Flynn) Santillo, David (Missi) Santillo. To honor Carmen’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services. The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to my Dad’s caregivers who made my Dad’s life at home possible. Thank You to everyone who reached out to us to express condolences. Entrusted with arrangements is Hart Funeral Home, Inc. Murrysville. For online condolences, please visit www.hartfuneralhomeinc.com
