Cynthia Nadine (Rutter) Harvey

Cynthia “Cindy” Nadine Harvey; 55, of Jeannette, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023. She was born July 19, 1968, in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of Gary and Catherine (Schafer) Rutter.

She was a registered nurse who most recently worked as a Hospice Nurse for 365 Hospice. Cindy’s greatest legacy and love was spending time with all of her grandchildren, receiving and giving their hugs and kisses.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children, Madalyn (Haroon) Khalid, Christopher (Amanda) Harvey, Joseph (Amanda) Harvey; five grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Blake, Sophie, and Shiloh. She is also survived by a sister, Angela Little; a brother, Joshua (Hannah) Rutter; nieces and nephews, James D. Little, Ally (Dean), Sylvie Ciufo, Ellianna and Ethan Rutter. She also loved her Aunt Cathleen and Uncle Don Kiebler. Visitation is from 12:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2023, at Hart Funeral Home, Inc. at which time a Funeral Service will be held at 2:00p.m. at the funeral home.
