Deborah D. Pritts, 76, of Murrysville, passed away on November 26, 2025.
Deborah devoted 40 years of service as a medical technologist at West Penn Hospital. She remained steadfast throughout her career to one principle; to ensure that every laboratory result was accurate so that patients received best care. Deb was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and believed deeply in prayer. She was a Stephan Minister for 16 years. She loved her dog, Sammy, and contributed to the ASPCA.
Deborah is survived by her husband of 54 years, Irvin M. Pritts; her daughter Jaclyn Pritts Glosser and husband Richard Glosser; and her son Michael Pritts and wife Amanda. Deborah was intensely proud of her children and granddaughters, Sophia and Lillian Glosser.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles J. Smith and Pauline S. Smith, and by her brother Donald C. Smith, as well as half-sister, Carol McKeever.
Visitation for Deborah will be at Hart Funeral Home in Murrysville on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00pm and from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Export at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Everyone please meet at the church.
