Donald E. Cermak

Donald E. Cermak, 84, of Murrysville, PA, went to be with his beloved wife, Margaret Jane “Janey” Heller Cermak on April 27, 2021. He was born January 13, 1937 in North Braddock, son of the late John Edward and Frances Gary Cermak. He graduated from Kiski Prep School and Washington and Jefferson College. He was co-owner, with his wife, of Everbest Cleaners in Wilkinsburg for over 40 years. An avid boater, Don and Jane lived on their boat, “Dee-Jay” for over 22 years before returning to Murrysville. He was a 3 Time Commodore of Oakmont Yacht Club and a member of Fox Chapel Yacht Club since its inception.

Don is survived by three children, Ed (Jill Douglass) Cermak, James (Niki) Cermak and Rene Lynn (Vincent) Hurley; five grandchildren, Morgan, Elizabeth, Kyle, Nicholas and Joshua; a sister, Nancy Jameson of Houston, Texas; and a niece, Blair. Visitation from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., Murrysville.
