Dorothy B. (Hreceniak) Salva

Dorothy B. Salva, 99, of Buffalo, NY, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Redstone Highlands, Murrysville, PA. She was born March 30, 1922, in Buffalo, NY, daughter of the late Michael and Susan Duperiak Hreceniak. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Theodore S. Salva; and her son, Gary Salva. She was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish in Buffalo, NY and also Mother of Sorrows Church in Murrysville, PA. Dorothy will be dearly missed by her daughter, Karen (Larry) Hrabak; seven grandchildren, Nanci, Todd, Christopher, Beverly, Alex, Sean and Jill; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will be present Friday, January 21st from 4 to 6 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 3645 Genesee Street (two blocks east of Union Road), Cheektowaga, NY 14225. Family and friends are invited to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 22nd at 11:30 AM at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, 135 N. Ogden St., Buffalo, NY 14206.
