Ernest S. (Jr.) Greco

Ernest “Ernie” Samuel Greco, 82, of Murrysville, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. He was born August 15, 1941, in Pittsburgh, son of the late Ernest S. Greco Sr. and the late Mabel (Buchner) Greco. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Anderson and Christine Greco. 

He enjoyed playing several rounds of golf and loved the game of bowling especially the time he spent bowling with his son. He graduated Summa cum laude from California state university and went on to have a career in computer software working for Westinghouse.  Spending time with his grandchildren was one of his favorite pastimes.  

Ernie is survived by his wife, Genevieve “Gen” (Mudlo) Greco; three children, Thomas Edward (Susan) Greco, Tamara J. (Matthew) Lochiatto, Andrew J. (Jenn Foxhill) Greco; seven grandchildren, Joshua (Cierra) Lochiatto, Makayla, Noah, and Ian Lochiatto; Nataylia Greco, Jean and Mercutio Foxhill.
