Gary Owen Cochran

Gary Owen Cochran, 69, of Murrysville, passed away peacefully December 31, 2025, at UPMC East Hospital in Monroeville. He was born November 2, 1956, in Billings, Montana, son of the late William and Evelyn Marie (Rippin) Cochran.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Barbara S. (Gallagher) Cochran; his two sons, Cory (Nicolette) Cochran, and Bryce (Brittany) Cochran; his two grandchildren, Brylee Cochran and Samuel Cochran; a brother, Bruce (Cristina) Cochran; and a sister, Karen (Mark) Masterson.

A Celebration of Life for Gary will be held at a later date.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Murrysville, www.murrysvilleumc.org, in Gary’s name.
