George E. Kistler

George E. Kistler, 93, of Frazer Twp, formerly of Delmont, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023, at Fair Oaks Assisted Living, Pittsburgh. He was born August 17, 1929, in Export, son of the late Francis and Sarah Kunkle Kistler. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Leona Remaley Kistler; brothers Raymond and Samuel Kistler, and sister Patricia Kistler.

George was the devoted father of Lynne Kistler and Kaye (Mike) Presutti; and loving grandfather of Valentino, Brenna and Talia (Michael) Presutti, and Nicholas Kistler. He is also survived by his brother, Kenneth, and many nieces and nephews. 

He was a member of the East Union Presbyterian Church in Cheswick and belonged to the Export American Legion. Prior to retirement, he was a Tool Distributor for over 29 years for MAC Tools. He was also a Chief Warrant Officer 4 for the US Army, with 26 years of service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Union Presbyterian Church. Visitation is Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.at which time a Funeral Service will take place at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., Murrysville.
