Janet M. (Miesse) Englehart

Janet M. Englehart, 95, of Murrysville, PA, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at her home. She was born March 26, 1927, in Paterson, NJ, daughter of the late Arthur and Eleanor Layton Miesse.

She was a graduate of Dennison University and taught Physical Education at the Detroit School District before moving to Bloomfield, CT, where her and her late husband, Robert L. Englehart started their family.

Janet will be missed by her two sons, Robert Englehart and William (Sandie) Englehart; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Tuesday and from 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, at which time a funeral service will be held at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., Murrysville. Interment will follow at Murrysville Cemetery. www.hartfuneralhomeinc.com
