Joan M. Wohlpart

Joan M. Wohlpart, 84 of Plum passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018.  She was born July 21, 1934 in White Plains, New York, daughter of the late John and Caroline Moritz McGuire.  She was the beloved wife of Kenneth J. Wohlpart for 59 years.  Joan worked as a librarian for the General Foods Research Laboratory until her retirement.  She enjoyed raising and showing her American Water Spaniels, Garth who won Best in Show and Chief who will miss her dearly.  A Blessing Service will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville.  Private internment will be held at a later date in the National Cemetery of Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
