John Traugut Obituary

John Peter Traugut, 97, of Murrysville, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Presbyterian Senior Care: The Willows, in Oakmont. He was born January 6, 1927, in Irvington, NJ, son of the late John and Eva (Merlin) Traugut. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Traugut. John was a veteran of the US Army having served during WWII. John is survived by his wife of 60 years, Irene (Ryan) Traugut; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Traugut; brother-in-law, James (Anne) Ryan; nieces and nephew, Jennifer, Julie and Jason Traugut.
