John "JB" Wilbert Bungert Jr.

John “JB” Wilbert Bungert Jr, 63 of Greensburg, formerly of Murrysville, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 1, 2021 surrounded by his family.  He was born October 4, 1957 in Murrysville, son of John W. Bungert Sr. of Seward, Pa. and the late Agnes Frances Butchloski Bungert.  JB was a manager at Bob Evans Restaurant for many years.  He loved spending time with his family and playing golf.  In addition to his father, JB is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalva “Rosie” Morales Bungert of Greensburg; a daughter, Kendal (Kyle) Griffith; and a sister, Diane Bungert Large.  He is also survived by a niece, Tara Large, two nephews, Dennis Large and Miguel Melendez, and a sister-in-law, Marisa Melendez.  Visitation Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville.  A funeral service for JB will be held on Wednesday in the Funeral Home at 11 a.m.  Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
