Jonathan John Belak

Jonathan J. Belak, age 56, of Murrysville, PA, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 14, 2025. He was born on June 5, 1969, in Jeannette, to the late John and Delphine (Trogolo) Belak.

Jonathan was the President of the Three Rivers Electric Vehicle Association (EVA) for the past 17 years and enjoyed sharing his love and interest in electric propulsion with everyone that he came in contact with.

He was a member of the National Electric Drag Racing Association. He was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law James Lasitis and his brother-in-law Michael Harmon.

He is survived by his beloved wife Bonnie, daughter Jolene and her husband Joshua Rieder, his three granddaughters, Jordan, Phoebe and Tabitha, and his dog Shaggy. He is also survived by his brother, Joseph (Tracey) Belak; his mother-in-law, Helen Lasitis; sisters-in-law, Belinda (Vince) Ungvarsky, Brenda (John) Williams, Barbara Harmon, Beth (John) Navari; brother-in law, Timothy (Holly) Lasitis, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville, 3202 North Hills Road, Murrysville, PA at 10:30 AM, followed by fellowship and lunch at Laird Hall across the street from the church.
