Lester R. Trice

Lester R. Trice, 75, of Greensburg passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 18, 2022 surrounded by his family.  He was born January 15, 1947 in Latrobe, son of the late Robert W. and Gladys G. Johnson Trice.  In addition to his parents, Lester is preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Robert “Bill” Trice, and a sister, Nancy Colangelo.  Lester was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of the Greensburg Masonic Lodge.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Monica (Freuchtel) Trice of Greensburg; a daughter, Melissa Morrison; a son, Raymond Trice; 4 grandchildren, Amedio, Damon, Landon, and Logan.  He is also survived by two sisters, Rebecca Montgomery and Susan Hurley both of Latrobe; and a brother, Dennis Trice of Brookville, Pa.  Per the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Plum Creek Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville, PA.   www.hartfuneralhome.com
