Marc S. Boban

Marc S. Boban, 70, of Murrysville, passed away on May 21, 2025, at UPMC Canterbury Place Hospice in Pittsburgh surrounded by all his family.  He was born June 11, 1954, in Jeannette, son of the late Vincent and Betty Ann (Johnson) Boban.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna B. Boban; and brothers and sisters, Danny Boban, Jan Blystone, Jill Myron, and Chaz Boban.

Marc worked in telecommunications for many years.  After retiring, he worked at Westmoreland Country Club for a short while.  He was an avid golfer and bowler.  He was a member of the Moose for many years and enjoyed going there often to hang out with the many friends he made over the years.   Above all else he loved spending time with his grandkids, going to all their many activities, including hockey and soccer.   

Marc is survived by his two daughters, Carrie (Chris) Sinclair of Murrysville, and Stacy (John) Wojciechowski of Export; his grandchildren, Angel, Christopher, Shawn, Chase and Isabella Sinclair, and Abigail, Adalynn and Watson Wojciechowski; his brothers and sisters, Judi (Russ) Plank, Debbie (Jim) Walker, Bobby Boban, Cindy Hickman, Marci Hatfield, and Laurie Hartland; as well as brothers-in-law, James (Paula) Chalmers and Bill (Lisa) Chalmers.

Visitation for Marc will be Tuesday May 27, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., in Murrysville.  A Funeral Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Murrysville at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, followed by interment at Murrysville Cemetery.  For online condolences, please visit www.hartfuneralhomeinc.com.
