An eternally optimistic man, he loved spending time at the “hunting camp” with family and friends, playing cards, swapping stories, watching football, and cooking his wonderful spaghetti dinners. Robert had a fantastic garden- growing tomatoes his speciality. He was kind, generous and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. His happiest and most joyful moments were those spent with his wife, daughter and grandchildren.

He is also survived by a sister, Joanne Barosh and several nieces and nephews. He was especially close to his devoted nephew, Robert Bernard.
His family is grateful to the wonderful nurses, hospice staff and caregivers at Redstone Highlands.
