Robert R. "Bob" Radzevich

Heaven welcomed a cherished angel on Father’s Day as Robert R. “Bob” Radzevich Sr. of Murrysville peacefully passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 89. Born in Braddock, PA, Bob was a proud graduate of Braddock High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1957. Bob married the love of his life, Dorothy (Kowaleski), on August 31, 1957, and they were inseparable for over 66 incredible years. Bob co-founded Allegheny Refrigeration of Pittsburgh in 1959. He was most proud that the company continues to flourish in its third generation. Bob was a man of many talents and layers, unique to the core. He was proud of his Lithuanian heritage, had an infectious sense of humor, and never met a dog or a piece of candy that he didn’t like. Bob was most passionate about his family and embraced his role as “Pap Pap” providing many humorous moments and valuable life lessons. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy (Kowaleski); his children, Christy Regan and Robert Radzevich Jr.; and his daughter-in-law, Kathleen Radzevich, whom he considered his own. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsey, and Robert Radzevich III, Kathlyn Regan, and his dog Buddy Radzevich . In addition to his parents and siblings, Bob was preceded in death by his beloved son-in-law, Jerry Regan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paws Across Pittsburgh, www.pawsacrosspittsburgh.com.Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, June 19th, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Hart Funeral Home, 3103 Lillian Avenue, Murrysville, PA 15668. Parting prayers will be held 9:15 am Thursday, June 20th at the funeral home, followed by a 10 am Funeral Mass at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church.
