RoseAnn (Watt) Ladick

RoseAnn “Posie” Ladick, 80, of Murrysville, passed away Friday, May 19, 2023, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born July 19, 1942, in Murrysville, daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Mastorovich) Watt. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M. Ladick and her sister Mary Margaret (Peg) Watt. 

Posie loved her family fiercely and spent the latter portion of her life being the loving and attentive Poe to those closest to her. She spent many years as a volunteer in hospice care and was called upon after retirement to collaborate with designing and creating fire safety equipment for MSA. She loved going to dinners with her neighborhood friends, shopping, cleaning, and her leopard wardrobe will remain unforgettable.  Though she was no stranger to physical challenges, up to and including heart surgery at age 80, her will to recover and keep moving forward set a great example to us all. 

She will be missed dearly by her sister Sarah Watt, Robert (Deborah) Watt, dear aunt of Rebekah (Joe) Moss, Jessica (Steve) Burks; great aunt of Gianna and Sophia Moss and Caden and Grady Burks. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association by visiting www.heart.org. At RoseAnn’s request, there will be no public services.
