Stephen D Hollingsworth

Stephen D Hollingsworth, 71 of Export died suddenly, December 23, 2016.  He was born June 11, 1945 in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Dwight F. and Helen Greene Hollingsworth.  He was a graduate of Purdue University with a MS in nuclear engineering.  Stephen retired from Westinghouse, Erin Engineering and his own consulting company, Trident Solutions, Inc.  He was a woodworker, a Navy veteran, a past member of the Franklin Regional School Board and the Community Foundation of Murrysville, Export and Delmont. Stephen is survived by Betty, his high school sweetheart and wife of 49 years; a daughter, Susan of Madison, WI; a son, David of New York City; a sister, Julie Shenk of Glen Mills, PA; a brother, Bruce of Uniontown, OH and many nieces and nephews.  Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville.  Interment will private.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to your favorite charity.    www.hartfuneralhomeinc.com.
