Stephen Stoltz, 36, of Scott Twp, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, December 3, 2021, at his home.  He was born March 29, 1985 in Harrisburg, son of Kenneth and Phyllis Gill Stoltz of Murrysville. He was a 2003 graduate of Trinity High School where he played football. During his senior year, his team won the District Title. While growing up in Harrisburg area, he became an Eagle Scout from Troop 58 of Camp Hill, PA. Steve studied two years at Penn State Altoona pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management and received his bachelor’s degree at University Park in 2007. After college, he relocated to Pittsburgh where he had a successful career including such employers as Heinz and Arconia. Steve was an enthusiastic fan of Pittsburgh sports, as well as Penn State sports. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was generous with his time and love. He will be missed by his many family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Milton and Marion Stoltz; his maternal grandparents, Patrick and Rita Gill; and an aunt, Patty Maher.  In addition to his parents, Steve will be dearly missed by his brother, William (Randi) Stoltz; two nephews, Jacob and Joseph Stoltz. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Sandy (George) Haluska, Mike (Ann) Stoltz, Pamela Gill, Paula MacArthur, Priscilla (Robert) Lesko, Patrick (Bettie) Gill and Bob Maher; and many cousins. Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville. Parting prayers will be held 10:30 AM Thursday at the funeral home, followed by an 11 AM Funeral Mass which will be held at Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville. Interment will be private in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Patton, PA. www.hartfuneralhomeinc.com
