Suzanne Lynn (Madden) Mahoney

Suzanne Lynn Mahoney, 66, of Murrysville, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024, while surrounded by her children. She was born September 22, 1957, in Pittsburgh, daughter of Mary Jo (Hennig) Madden and the late James Madden. 

Suzanne always brought a smile to everyone’s face and her laughter was contagious.  She loved spending time with her family and was always ready for a get together.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Suzanne is survived by her husband Jeffrey Mahoney; three children, Shannon (Eric) VanKirk, Kelly Klink, Jason Mahoney; four grandchildren, Arya, Ava, Athena, Adalynn; a brother, Jim Madden; three sisters, Linda Madden, Dana (John) Mediate, Erin (Jim) Carlisle; and a number of special nieces and nephews.

She loved flowers, but as she was a cancer survivor, you may also make memorial contributions to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, LLS – Western PA & WV, PO Box 22488, New York, NY 10087. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2024, at Hart Funeral Home, Inc. Parting prayers will be 9:15 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church, Export.
