Thomas J. Comptaron

Thomas J. Comptaron, 85, of Delmont, formerly of Murrysville, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024, at his home. He was born June 4, 1939, in Pittsburgh, son of the late Andrew and Margaret (Shields) Comptaro. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Sally (King) Comptaron; two brothers, Andrew and William Comptaro; and sister, Ann (Norman) Guskey. 

He was a veteran of the US Navy and a member of St. John Baptist de La Salle Church in Delmont.

Tom is survived by three children, Stacy Comptaron Barras, Tim (Cheri) Comptaron, Susan (Ron) Summerhill; four grandchildren, Remington, Hope, Dalton, and Logan; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Hart Funeral Home, Inc. Parting Prayers will be held at 9:15 a.m. Friday, August 16, 2024, at the funeral home, followed by a 10 am Funeral Mass at St. John de La Salle Church in Delmont. Inurnment is private.
