Thomas Hill

Thomas W. Hill, 74, of Murrysville, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh. He was born Oct. 7, 1947, son of the late Herbert and Marian Hunter Hill. He was a member of Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church in Murrysville. He was a loving husband, father and coach to many of his children's baseball, basketball and softball teams. Many knew him most for his dry sense of humor and generous spirit. Tom will be missed by his wife of 41 years, Janice Roddy Hill; his son, Mathew Hill and his fiancee, Erin Murphy; and by his daughter, Manny Hill and her husband, Garrett Hehn. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at HART FUNERAL HOME INC., Murrysville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church, Murrysville.
