Ricky David Grimes

Ricky David Grimes, 60, of Export, formerly of Charleston, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 7, 2021, at his home.  He was born December 27, 1960, in Logan, WV, son of Loy Lee Grimes and the late Wanda Jean Messer.   In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Lee Grimes.  Ricky was employed by Dick’s Diner for over five years and was loved by everyone.  In addition to his father, Ricky is survived by two brothers, James and Terry Grimes, two sisters, Jeannette and Katrina Grimes; a sister-in-law, Beth Grimes Polhamus; four nephews, Cody and Tyler Polhamus and Jesse and Logan Grimes; several children, stepchildren and grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., Murrysville, at which time a funeral service will be held in the funeral home.
