Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your dear David. I didn't have the opportunity to meet him, but I was so grateful for all of the texts and updates that we received from him during Father Tom's illness. (I am the music director at St. Pius X and Visitation Parishes.) It is clear that he was exceptional man. His faith and the faith of your family is an inspiration. You are all in my daily prayers. God bless and keep you, til you meet again.

I worked with David off and on in a business capacity for almost 20 yrs. He was always one of my favorite clients to visit and we always shared stories of our families as they grew up. David was always so kind and a man of the highest integrity. I will miss my visits with David and his kind spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with his family that he loved so much.

There are no words to adequately express our love for Dave, Raissa and their family. Our hearts are broken over Dave's passing. We cherish our wonderful memories from years past and will be keeping Raissa, their children and grandchildren as well as extended family and friends in our prayers. Wish we could be there in person for hugs all around.

Saddened to learn of this very sad news. I grew up into far the Federline, on Althea Dr across the street from the Voelkers. I remember the Federline family fondly and saw Fr. Tom at a priest installation in our church in Saltsburg several years ago. I see he has passed as well. Sympathy to all.

Oh, my goodness, Raissa, so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. Heaven has gained a new angel, but what a loss for your family and our world. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Also saw from reading Dave's obituary that Fr. Tom also passed away in Nov. What a difficult past 2 months this has been for you! God will hold you close as he welcomes these two into heaven.

Raissa,
All I can think to say is to remind you of how much you loved your husband and how much he loved you. The deepest and strongest memories should be of his smile, his laughter, how well he had taken care of you and the children and all the good things of your life together. God will guide you and help you maintain the strength of your family. May God Bless you each and every day as you maintain and nurture your children.

I am deeply saddened at Dave's inexplicable passing. He was a bright light in my work week and our communication outside of my work, including our regular shared lottery, was of the greatest pleasure. I'll never forget his laughter and smile.
