My greatest sympathies!
Ray was such a gentle hard working engineer and project's manager, but most of all one great person. As long as he worked in my group I never heard Ray raise his voice, but when he had something to say everyone listened. He was so insightful when it came to interactions with customers and with fellow employees and managers. That smile will always be in my vision.
