While I loved the amazing food that Nana cooked for us years ago at Plum High School, what I loved most was sharing part of my week with her. She was one of the best parts of every week. She quickly became my friend (and the maker of my fave roast beef, mashed potatoes, and chicken salad!) and I was honored to be hers. Rest peacefully, Karen. Love you!

I am very sorry for the loss of your mother. I enjoyed bowling with her and Al some 25 years ago! And I loved seeing her smiling face and eating her delicious food at school. She was someone you would see and just smile!

Sending my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom. I remember her sweet smile and all the wonderful lunches she would come to school and serve. She truly enjoyed what she did as it showed through her works.
