I never met Mike, but Diane Kisinger is one of my best friends. She said he was a good guy & I take her at her word. I wish I had beautiful & eloquent words to reassure those of you who loved him. My words will not ease your grief. However, I believe that God is with us through the good times as well as the bad times. I pray that you will be aware of his presence, that you will hear that still small voice confirming that he will never leave you alone in your sorrow.

My heart goes out to the family and my friend Diane who are doubless hurting very much.
This Bible passage comes to mind.

"For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him... Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."
1 Thess. 4:14,17,18

My dear friend Diane Kisinger told me about Mike, that he was extraordinarily kind-hearted and hard working, loved baseball and dogs. Although I never met Mike, Diane's endorsement is all I need to know he was a special person. May his loved ones please accept condolences.
